Nexstar Network was ready to take its largest annual event to the next level. Its previous production model relied on a smaller provider with limited in-house resources, creating an opportunity for a more scalable, integrated approach as the event continued to grow.
What EideCom Delivered
EideCom began working with Nexstar in 2017 to elevate the production of Super Meeting. Our team delivers stage design, technical planning, run of show, audio, lighting, video, content and presentation support, and onsite production, bringing production, technology, and execution together under one team.
The Results
The partnership now supports an experience for nearly 1,000 business owners in the trades at Nexstar Network’s largest annual gathering. What began as an opportunity to elevate one event has grown into a long-term production relationship, with a multi-year commitment secured through 2030.
