We recommend engaging us 6-12 months before your event. This allows us to collaborate on venue selection, design the creative strategy, and ensure all technical elements are seamlessly integrated into the event plan from day one. We can also sit alongside you during venue negotiations.
What's the difference between an AV company and EideCom?
An AV company typically focuses on equipment and technical support, such as sound, screens, and lighting. EideCom brings those capabilities together with a full AV strategy, paired with full in-house creative services, show calling, executive coaching, and run-of-show planning.
