The Challenge & Relationship
Great Clips needed a trusted production partner to support its leadership meetings with a polished, consistent experience. As its event needs evolved, that partnership needed to scale across larger audiences, additional programs, and increasingly complex event environments.
What EideCom Delivered
Beginning with Great Clips' January Meetings in 2019, EideCom's role expanded to support Zone Meetings, Institute, and the company's National Convention. Our team delivers main stage design, pre-planning, general session production, breakout support, scenic design, and opening event production.
The Results
What began with a single leadership meeting has grown into a continued, multi-event partnership spanning focused leadership gatherings and Great Clips' 2,000+ attendee National Convention. Since 2019, EideCom has supported a growing portfolio of programs, creating a consistent experience across general sessions, breakouts, and opening events.
