Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced EOS Integrator — a leader to run the day‑to‑day business, translating the Visionary’s ideas into disciplined execution and “holding the organization together” across all major functions. This person drives accountability, uses data/Scorecards, and ensures EOS tools (L10s, Accountability Chart, Rocks) are followed by all. He or she is steady, decisive, and comfortable making tie‑breaking calls on the leadership team.
- Humble – puts team success above personal status or credit, with little ego or need for attention.
- Hungry – shows a strong internal drive to do more, learn more, and take on additional responsibility without needing to be pushed.
- Smart – demonstrates strong “people smarts”: good judgment in interactions, reading the room, and understanding how words and actions affect others.
Responsibilities:
- LMA – lead, manage and hold the Leadership Team accountable for results.
- Business Plan, P&L – own the execution of the company vision, plans and goals.
- Prioritizing Ideas – work with the Visionary to identify the most viable ideas and associated timing.
- Clarity & Alignment – integrate all major functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Admin) so the organization operates as one cohesive unit.
- Remove Obstacles – provide resources and tools throughout the organization to succeed, clear away issues.
Education & Experience
- Experience working directly with a founder/CEO/Visionary‑type leader and serving as the stabilizing “number two” who turns strategy into execution and makes day‑to‑day decisions.
- Hands‑on familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
- 8+ years in operational leadership roles such as COO, VP/Director of Operations, General Manager, President, or similar, with full P&L or major departmental responsibility.
- Direct experience running project‑based, production‑driven and service based businesses.
- Proven record of building and managing cross‑functional teams (sales, production, creative, finance, logistics).
- Proven record of implementing and improving processes, KPIs/Scorecards, and operating cadences in a growing organization.
- Proven record of delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget (ideal if those programs are events or live productions).
- Familiarity with financial literacy training or coursework, indicating comfort with budgets, margins, and cash‑flow management.
