Today, EideCom announced a planned leadership transition as Michael Danielson steps down from his role as Integrator and sells his equity in the company. Founder Charles Eide will assume full ownership of EideCom, continuing to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
Danielson joined EideCom in 2007 and has served as both partner and Integrator for nearly two decades. During his tenure, he played a foundational role in building the company’s operational structure, financial discipline, and scalable infrastructure.

His steady leadership as Integrator helped create the operational backbone that supports our clients and team today.”
Danielson’s departure is amicable and reflects a natural transition after years of shared leadership.

As part of this transition, Kyle Arndt, currently Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Integrator in addition to continuing as COO. Arndt has been deeply involved in day-to-day operations and strategic execution, making him a natural successor to the role.
